How do I get my questions answered?
You can submit your question for Verity and the Sold Out Speaker Team to answer in your Sold Out Speaker Portal under 'Support -> Submit a Question'.
If we have extra time on the Live Coaching Calls, you can ask your question there also. However, we prefer for you to have submitted your question for the live coaching calls a day prior to the call.
How often & when are the live calls?
The live calls are weekly - Friday morning at 9am AEST. Here's the link to World Time Buddy to check what time this means to you.
During these calls, Verity and/or the team will walk through the lessons covered that week and any submitted questions. If we have time, we may also answer other questions but we prefer you submit the questions in advance so that we can make sure that we answer everyone.
You will receive an email with the zoom meeting link and details. Make sure that you download it to your calendar so that you know the time blocked out every week and click on that link when it's time for the call.

If you can’t join the live calls, don't worry we record them. To watch the replay, hover to the 'Training' tab and click on 'Replays'. You will get to see the last 4 weeks in there one time.
you can submit any questions in the portal here to ensure you don’t miss out. Verity and the team sit down each week and every week to ensure you receive all the feedback and support you need to keep you moving forward 🙂 We send back answers to your submitted questions every week via email.

Can I attend the live call if I just started?
Yes!!
You will love it and learn a lot by joining in the live coaching calls. Keep an open mind when anything overwhelm you. It will definitely help with your experience working through the training. Our most successful members are members who attend and participate all the live coaching calls.
Either way, we understand a lot of people either can't make it live or haven't been able to do the weekly lessons before the call. We've designed it to be this way so it's not a deal breaker if you're unable to make the call, or haven't been able to dive into the lessons before the call for whatever reason.
What if I can't attend a live call?

We upload the replay 24-48 hours after the scheduled time, so you can check it out later at a time and date that suits you, or incase you miss it! They will remain in the portal for 4 weeks.
