Luckily, the extra programs you’ll need to get your portal live are ultra-minimal! We provide you with 12 months of access to the “LearnDash” WordPress and ProPanel plugin. This is what makes your course behave like a course! That is $189 saving for you. We also install an SSL Certificate on your Portal free of charge.

All other additional programs will be your choice and you are in charge of what additional plugins and services you will need. Don't forget to check if any additional plugins or updates will affect the portal we have completed for you as once the portal is successfully completed and delivered to you, we are unable to make any changes or fixes.

  1. Domain name  and Domain Registrar login details - a website is not necessary (with layout and contents) as long as we have the domain, we can create a subdomain on it for your portal.

Although there are no ongoing costs paid to us, in 12 months you’ll need to pay an annual subscription fee to LearnDash (to keep your ProPanel you will need to purchase Plus Package) to keep your plugin up to date (about $189, subject to change outside of our control).

Depending on your membership needs you might want to purchase add-ons (plugins) to your Portal.

With the handover of your beautiful custom built membership Portal, we will be giving you some very useful training that will help you navigate and edit the portal yourself. Also, we will be giving you our recommended web developer, who can help with the ongoing technical support for you Portal.

You will still need a landing page builder (e.g. ClickFunnels) to use with the Done For You Portal which is where your sales funnels will live, which will sell people into your program.

We give a 21 day turnaround time upon receiving all your necessary details. During the process, we'll work back and forth with you, keeping you updated on how it's progressing.

Absolutely!You can link the two sites by adding them as a hyperlink on a menu, a text, an image or a button on any of your pages.

This isn’t a problem at all. If you are creating or updating your company branding that’s totally fine, we will be giving you the training videos to be able to update this yourself when you have that all sorted out!

You’ll just need to purchase a domain and hosting, but you absolutely don’t need another website set up to get started 🙂

We will send you an email to notify that your license is about to expire. Then you can go to LeanDash and purchase a new subscription using your email. We will provide you with simple instructions on how you can update the license on your Portal by yourself. You won’t need our help to do so. 🙂

Our portals are built using WordPress platform and this requires an empty subdomain with hosting. Unfortunately, Squarespace and Wix do not allow for a subdomain to be created and block access to their database. Please see the videos from Grace in this Done-For-You Portal FAQ Hub for an explanation on Squarespace and Wix.

We recommend a number of different affordable domains and hosting options that can be purchased for this Done-For-You Portal build.

Don’t worry - there are plenty of ways of going about this that won’t require you to move or rebuild your website from scratch 🙂

The short answer is yes… LearnDash is a WordPress plugin that helps you manage your members/users, courses and content protection. In non-techy terms: it’s what makes your course look and behave like a course! You can learn more about Learndash here

CPanel is a web-based control panel that is used for managing your web hosting service accounts. It provides us with the tools that we need in order for us to successfully create, administer, and manage your portal build.
A CPanel basically a place we can store larger files - so we need it in order to build, host and store everything on the portal.

We will be building your membership portal using WordPress platform.

ur Done-For-You Portal is actually a whole website built using Wordpress platform already packed with Woffice theme and necessary plugins such as Learndash. So we will be installing it on an empty subdomain - that way it won't affect your current live website.

The theme is built so it looks like Graces but we provide handover training on how you can update the design yourself so it can be in your beautiful business theme!

You will have the option to set your portal up in Legacy (Classic) mode of Focus mode.

There's no urgent reason that you need to switch to Focus mode if you are currently in the Legacy mode.

The Doers Way portal was switched to Focus mode as we decided to trial it in our members portal for a couple of reasons which are explained below and the decision is up to you on whether you'd like to implement or stick with the Legacy mode.

  1. Course Index - In the Focus Mode you can see a list of all of the modules and lessons within a course on one page. We'd been getting some feedback that our ladies would love to be able to see this view so they didn't need to go into each module to find the particular training they were looking for.
  2. Less Distraction in the Menu - In the Focus Mode you can't see all of the other things in the menu which we hope will help our ladies to concentrate on the course they're currently working on
  3. Progress Bar - We love this feature so our ladies can see how far along in the course they are, helping with motivation and hopefully doing!
  4. Less Design Work - With the Focus Mode there's no need to create module tiles - less work for our designer!

If this is the case and you already have a subscription for LearnDash we will be happy to activate it on your Portal for you.
