How do I cancel my membership?
Please email support@soldoutpeaker.com.au to cancel your membership within the first 30 days.
We will send you an email within 2 business days outlining your next steps.
Please keep an eye on your inbox for this to come through as this will require your action to finalize your cancelation.
We would love to welcome you back into the Double Black Diamond, when the timing is right for you if you would like to return.

Where are my log-ins?
Your portal log-ins (username & password) will be found in your Double Black Diamond Welcome Email.
Your username will be the email address you used to join the Double Black Diamond, the same one where you receive all of the emails from us about your membership. 😊
If you are unable to find your password, please email support@soldoutspeaker.com.au or click the 'Submit A Question' under Support. We'll send through your log-ins within 2 business days.
If you would like to change or create a new password you can do so HERE.
You can update all of your details in your portal under 'My Account'.
