What training do I have access to and where can I find what I'm looking for?
Please see below, a breakdown of our full suite of projects and the modules inside each one.
- Sold Out Speaker have unlocked access to the below training for the duration of their membership. New projects released during your membership will automatically appear in your portal when they are available for Sold Out Speaker Members.
- Monthly Members can unlock a new project 30 days at a time by requesting to in their portal.
Once a project is unlocked, it is unlocked for the duration of the membership (wohoo!).
Please keep in mind that if a membership is cancelled, access to projects that have not been purchased outright/separately to the membership will be removed.

How do I unlock a new Project/Course?
Can I upgrade to the Annual Membership?
You sure can!
Just email support@soldoutspeaker.com.au or hit 'Contact Us' below and we can hook you up (we might have a couple of extra bonuses for you!). Otherwise, if you have your Client Advisor's email address, you can send them an email and request a call with them.

What Projects/Courses do I have access to?
When you log into the portal, please click the Training tab and then My Projects and this will bring up all projects and courses you have access to.

Where do I access Infusionsoft Campaigns & ClickFunnel Templates?
Head into your Sold Out Speaker Portal and click on 'Training -> Resources & Links'. 😊
For ClickFunnels Templates, once you've got set-up inside ClickFunnels, just log-in to your Clickfunnels account and if they haven't been added to your account automatically, simply go back to the Resources & Links page, and click on the funnel links to have them automatically added to your account.
For Infusionsoft Campaigns, follow the steps and downloadable instructions carefully (😉) on the Resources & Links page to have these copied over into your account.
How do I reset my password?
Please click the 'Lost Password' button on the bottom of the Portal login page - or you can email support@soldoutspeaker.com.au and we can help you reset your password.
I'm locked out of my Sold Out Speaker Training Portal, what do I do?
You may already actually be logged which would be why it is saying incorrect password or error when you try to log-in.
If you look at the top right it will say "Hi {Your Name}" - this means you are already logged in and you just need to click on the home screen.
If you confirm you are not logged in, then try to clear your cache and maybe use a different browser. Using a private browser is most helpful when having login issues.
Here are some things you can try if you're locked out of your Sold Out SpeakerTraining Portal and can't seem to get back in. 🙂
- It may sound a little silly, but please double check and make sure you have the correct email and password, even if you're certain you do. You can check your email titled 'Welcome to the Sold Out Speaker {Your Name}' sent from support@soldoutspeaker.com.au. Not sure if you have the right logins? Please email us and we can resend them!
- You may already be logged in, if it is giving you an error message. Try clicking on the 'Home' Button if you are able to.
- Make sure you are using the most up to date version of Google Chrome
- Make sure you are not logged in to the Sold Out Speaker portal on any other devices or browsers
- Try logging in using a Private Browser or in Incognito Mode.

How do I access more training?
Depending on what you already have access to, you might already be able to access what you're looking for... but everyone is different, so we may need to look into your account if you're unable to find out on your own.
Sold Out Speaker Members have unlocked access to most of our online training (pretty awesome!).
Once a new training is unlocked, it remains unlocked in your portal for the remainder of your membership.

Where are my log-ins?
Your portal log-ins (username & password) will be found in your Sold Out Speaker Welcome Email.
Your username will be the email address you used to join the Sold Out Speaker, the same one where you receive all of the emails from us about your membership. 😊
If you are unable to find your password, please email support@soldoutspeaker.com.au or click the 'Contact Us' button below. We'll send through your log-ins within 2 business days.
If you would like to change or create a new password you can do so HERE.
You can update all of your details in your portal under 'My Account'.
